August wedding to be held

Holly Sweeney and David Enslow will marry Aug. 19 at the Shuksan Golf Club in Bellingham, WA.
Holly is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Sweeney, Lynden, WA, and the granddaughter of Marjorie and the late Clifford Held of Waukon and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Sweeney Sr., also of Waukon.
David graduated from Washington State University and works in the sports department at the University of Washington.
Holly graduated from Western Washington University and is an office manager at Mylackey.com in Seattle, WA.
After a honeymoon trip to Thailand, the couple will make their home in San Diego, CA.

Wedding planned at St. Pat's

Waukon residents Patricia Beardmore and David Mulholland will exchange vows Aug. 26 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Waukon. Patricia's parents are Marvin and Judy Beardmore of Dorchester. David is the son of Terry and Karen Mulholland of Waukon.
The bride-to-be earned a degree as an accounting specialist at Northeast Iowa Communtiy College in Calmar. She is employed at K&L Quality Cleaning. The prospective groom is a supervisor at Reel-Core, Inc.

Couple to wed in Michigan

Ralph and Kathy Hammel of rural Spring Grove, MN, wish to announce the engagement of their son, Michael, to Kelli Augustinak, the daughter of Carol and Bruce Stoddard and Brian Smith of Saginaw, MI.
Mike is employed as a paramedic at Mobile Medical Response and Kelli works as a phlabotomist at Covenant Health Care in Saginaw.
They will wed Aug. 26 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Saginaw, MI.

Zion UCC to host August wedding

Sandy Hageman and Dan Bechtel wish to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Sandy is the daughter of Diane Hageman and the late Leo Hageman of Fort Atkinson. Dan is the son of Dean and Sherry Bechtel of Waukon.
Sandy is a 1995 graduate of Turkey Valley High School and a 1999 graduate of Northeast Iowa Community College in cosmetology. She is employed at the Rose Garden in Decorah. Dan is a 1996 graduate of Waukon High School and is engaged in farming.
An August 19 wedding is planned at Zion United Church of Christ in Waukon. A reception will follow the ceremony. A wedding dance will be held at Scenic Ridge View in Harpers Ferry.
