The following cases were heard in the Iowa District Court of Allamakee County:

Moose-
Charlotte E. Moose, 53, Waukon was placed on probation after she forged a neighbor's check in May of 2004.
According to the report, on May 14 Moose removed a payroll check from Danielle Yearous's mailbox. She forged Yearous's name and cashed the check. Moose was interviewed June 7 about the incident and admitted to the crime.
Moose received a deferred judgement and was placed on probation for three years.

Beisker-
Wesley Beisker, 40, Waukon, pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine as a result of a pair of incidents in 2003 and 2004.
According to the report, Beisker was found possessing precursors to methamphetamine on Oct. 25, 2003, as well as the drug itself on March 28, 2004.
Beisker pleaded guilty to a count of possessing methamphetamine and was fined $250. The count of possessing precursors was dismissed at the defendant's cost.

Langreck-
Daniel A. Langreck, 37, Ossian, was fined after he interfered with official action Aug. 15, 2004.
On that night, Langreck shoved three Lansing police officers, trying to push them off a boat. Once on the ground, Langreck attempted to punch an officer and had to be subdued with the use of pepper spray.
Langreck was charged with assault on a police officer, but pleaded guilty to interfering with official acts. He was fined $250. A related charge was dropped at the defendant's cost.
