JACQUELINE BELL

Jacqueline (Toppert) Bell was born Nov. 19, 1937, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Earl and Mabel (Powell) Toppert. She married William Bell Dec. 3, 1955, in Morrison, IL.
She worked at the YMCA until her retirement in 1998. She was an avid walker and belonged to three walking clubs. She was also a member of a quilters' guild.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Brenda Ayers of Chesapeake, VA, Julie Bell of Rapid City, SD, and Amy Bell of St. Paul, MN; three sons, David Bell of Waukon, Bruce Bell of Houston, TX, and Brian Bell of Hedgeville, WV; eight grandsons; a brother, Gale Toppert of Morrison, IL; and one sister, Grace Langan of Hillsdale, IL.
