      The movie showing a the "Way Station theater for Friday, Feb. 11th at 7 pm and Saturday, Feb. 12th at 1 pm will be "On Our Own". Doors open 15 minutes before showime and concessions are sold during the movie.
      St. Peter's U.C.C. held their annual church meeting after services on Sunday, Jan. 30th. Rick Myhre and Sharon Weymiller were elected to the Church Council for a 3 year term. They have replaced Phyllis Breeser and Larry Syhlman who have faithfully served Thayer terms. Other council members are Dave Kruse, President; Patty Miller, Vice President; Barry Fruechte, Secretary; and Jim Erbe, Barry & Marie Stahl are the churches Treasurers. A potluck dinner followed the meeting.
      St. Peter's U.C.C. Women's Fellowships held their monthly meting on February 1st. A valentine theme was used by the Decorating Committee who were also in charge of the kitchen duties. This was an all member potluck with many guests also attending. Lisa Fruechte was in charge of the program. Hostesses for the March 1st meeting will be Norma Fruechte, Renee Hammell, Ardyce Wild and Diane Erbe. Shirley Wuennecke will be in charge of the program.
