NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING VARIANCE REQUEST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Waukon Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing in the Council Room, City Hall, 101 Allamakee Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2000, on a variance request. The variance in question has been requested by Ann M. Fossurn who seeks to construct a 12 ft by 10 ft. porch on the front of the residence at 612 West Street SW within the required front yard setback. The variance application is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours. All interested persons are encouraged to attend this hearing and may also submit written comments at the City Clerk's office.
