WAUKON FFA MEMBERS ASSISTS IN FARM SAFETY DAY CAMP

Members of the Waukon FFA assisted in the presentation of the Farm Safety Daycamp at the Allamakee County fairgrounds in Waukon. Members participated as group leaders and assisted in the direction of camp participants. Waukon FFA members participating were: Emily Jones, Callie Foster, Brian Melcher, Mike Burke, Mike Horns, Monica Ehrhardt, Jenny Grimstad, Tara Snitker, Laurel Snitker, Brooks Kruger, Tony Beneke, Nick Tilleraas, Josh Troendle and Kevin Martin.
At the conclusion of the day's events, the Waukon FFA Chapter presented the camp participants with a Farm Safety manual. The safety manuals are published by Gateway Safety Net Publications and are written for children's use. The Waukon FFA would like to thank the sponsors for their generosity in purchasing the safety books.
