Allamakee Music Boosters organization acknowledges membership during “Music in Our Schools” month

The Allamakee Music Boosters is a club that was organized in the early 1970’s with the purpose of supporting the music programs in grades K-12 in the Allamakee Community School District. Contributions to the Allamakee Music Boosters this past year have helped with the financial support of many items to promote “Music in Our Schools”, which is celebrated during the month of March.

Since 1985, more than $80,000 has been provided to the music program in the Allamakee Community School District by the Allamakee Music Boosters through membership contributions and fund raisers. These funds have provided for equipment purchases, uniform purchases and music camp scholarships.

Over the years the Allamakee Music Boosters organization has grown considerably and has been a huge supporter of the music program in the Allamakee Community School District.

As “Music in Our Schools” is celebrated throughout the month of March, the Allamakee Music Boosters organization would like to express its appreciation to all of the 2004-2005 members of the organization (listed in the advertisement below) that have made the organization and the support it provides possible.
