Tri-State Thunder Vets to discuss monthly services for Vets

Tri-state Thunder Vets, a Thunder Rode service of Veterans assisting Veterans, will be holding a meeting at the VFW in Decorah Saturday, January 19 at 5 p.m. to discuss adding monthly local services for Veterans. Anyone who is interested in either volunteering or participating is welcome to attend. Food and drinks will be provided.
Thunder Rode is a therapeutic horsemanship program that provides services to individuals in northeast Iowa. Tri-state Thunder Vets is the Veteran service, which currently provides an open house north of Decorah for Veterans and their families in May and provides horse rides for the National Veterans TEE Tournament in Riverside in September.
