DiAnne Haler receives special recognition during Victim's Rights Week

For three decades, National Crime Victim’s Rights Week has successfully promoted awareness of victims’ rights and services. As a part of this awareness week, being observed April 22-28, the Domestic and Sexual Abuse Resource Center of Helping Services for Northeast Iowa wishes to recognize and thank the individuals who have gone above and beyond to serve victims of domestic and sexual abuse.
