Jackie (Schwartzhoff) Skowronski, age 70, passed away January 19, 2013 in Evergreen Park, IL. A private burial will be held at a later date.
Jackie was born November 10, 1942. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan; an infant daughter, Mary Elizabeth; her father, Al "Scoop" Schwartzhoff; and a sister, Sherri.
She is survived by four children, Dan of Indiana, Debbie of Illinois, Danette (Shawn) Bristle of Arizona, and Dennis (Heidi) of Indiana; three grandsons, Raef, Kael and Nathan; her mother, Betty Schwartzhoff Berns of Prairie du Chien, WI; two brothers, Reg and Joe; four sisters, Linda, Trudy, Sandy and Debi; and numerous nieces and nephews.
