Hubert Moose

Hubert Ira Moose, 79, passed away in the care of his family and in the comfort of his daughter's home in McGregor Wednesday, March 26, 2014. In honor of his last request, no memorial services will be held.
Hubert was born July 16, 1934. He farmed many years and raised a family of five children north of Garnavillo. Hubert left the farm in 2002 and had made his home near Waukon.
Hubert is preceded in death by both of his parents; his five brothers and his two sisters. Hubert was the last of his birth family to pass. He is survived by Betty Moose of Garnavillo and all five of his children, Randy of Garnavillo, Debbie Lange of McGregor, Cathy Lames of Collinsville, OK, Dennis of McGregor and David of Farmersburg. He had five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
