Road construction near VMH will begin soon

In the very near future, the City of Waukon will begin resurfacing the streets pictured above which travel right in front of the main entrances of both Veterans Memorial Hospital and the Gundersen Lutheran – Waukon Clinic. The first stage of the project is to fix the storm sewer intakes and other repair work. The road will be open to one-way traffic only during this stage of the project. It is asked that anyone visiting the hospital or who has a clinic appointment pay special attention to the signage directing the one-way traffic around the facility.
