Jessica M. Mulholland, 24, of Lansing passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 at her home in Lansing. Funeral Services were held Friday, August 16 at Thornburg- Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Lansing, with Rev. John Moser as celebrant. Burial was in Gethsemane Cemetery, Lansing.

Bernard Gene Loftsgard, 84, of Clermont passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon surrounded by his family. Visitation was held Sunday, August 18 at Marion Lutheran Church in Gunder, with a Prayer Service officiated by Rev. Marshall Hahn. Per Bernard’s wishes he was an organ donor.

James L. Martelle, age 77, of Janesville, died Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Cedar Crest, Janesville, WI. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 12 noon Monday, August 19 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Janesville, WI, with Rev. Stephen J. Umhoefer officiating. Entombment will be at a later date in Mt. Olivet Mausoleum.

Francis C. “Cag” Cagley, 92, of Harpers Ferry passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Thornton Manor Care Center in Lansing. A Celebration of Life Gathering was held Sunday, August 18 at the Harpers Ferry American Legion Hall in Harpers Ferry. The Harpers Ferry American Legion Scenic Post #722 conducted military rites to honor Cag.
Francis Carrol Cagley, the son of Levi “Glenn” and Anna (Olsen) Cagley, was born January 12, 1921 in Osakis, MN. He was baptized at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Minneapolis, MN and graduated from Minneapolis Industrial High School in 1938.

Mary E. Ohm, 90, of Appleton, WI, died Wednesday, August 7, 2013 in Appleton. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 16 at 11 a.m. at St. Ann's - St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Harpers Ferry with Fr. John Moser officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Paint Rock Cemetery, Harpers Ferry. A visitation was previously held at Wichmann Funeral Home in Appleton. Martin Funeral Home in Waukon is assisting with arrangements.

Gregory M. Schulte, 82, of Cedar Rapids died Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center following a long illness. Services were held Friday, August 9 at St. Jude Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids by Rev. Mark Reasoner, with burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dorchester. Teahen Funeral Home is serving the family.

Darren Jacobson recently passed away after a long illness at the age of 41. A funeral service was held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 12, 2013 at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 2190 South Sheridian Blvd., Denver, CO.
Darren was a Colorado native and attended Alameda High School and graduated from the University of Colorado, where he met his wife. He worked for several different companies as a financial analyst, including Martin Marietta, DTE, Detroit Edison and Policy Studies, Inc./Maximus.

Leo George Van Minsel, 85 was born October 22, 1927 in Buffalo City, WI to August and Elsie (Doebbert) Van Minsel. He died August 8, 2013 at Gunderson Medical Clinic in LaCrosse, WI.
Leo was baptized as an infant at St. Martins Lutheran Church in Winona, MN and later confirmed his faith at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Caledonia, MN. He attended school in Buffalo City through the eighth grade. When Leo’s mother passed away at a young age, he worked at various jobs to help his dad care for his younger siblings.

Dr. Jeanette A. Davy, 59, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2013 at Bethany St. Joseph Care Center in La Crosse, WI from complications due to an accident in 2010. A memorial service was held at The Church of the Crucifixion in La Crescent, MN, Monday, August 12 with  Rev. Lawrence B. Berger officiating. Burial was in the Calvary Cemetery in Caledonia, MN.

Beloved husband, father, son, brother and uncle, Steven John Zischke, passed away peacefully August 4, 2013 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline, IL, after a courageous  two-month battle with cancer.
